On October 8th 2021, representatives of the Project’s partners took part in an online preparatory kick-off event regarding the organization of the official kick-off meeting. The event was also attended by Project Officer Ms Tomazou, representing the Managing Authority, who gave interesting input and provided useful feedback about the implementation procedures.
The main objective of the event was to discuss the Scope and the Work Packages of the Project. Plenty of time was also devoted to discuss further technical aspects of the implementation steps, the financial management, as well as the future in person meetings. The conclusions that emerged from the discussions will be used in order to plan the official kick-off meeting in November more efficiently.
